Hours of Building Operation
Monday through Friday: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (excluding Holidays) or by Key and/or Access Card
Sunday: Key and/or Access Card only
Heating and Air Conditioning Services (HVAC)
Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (excluding Holidays)
Sunday: None (see below)
Note: After hours HVAC is available with 24 hr. advanced notice at the current rate of $55 per hour. Please submit a work order at www.shorenstein.com/angus.
Building Access Hours

Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. All tenant Move-Ins or Move-Outs must be completed before 8:00 AM or commence after 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday moves can occur from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM with advance notice to the Management Office at 503 412 4859.
Important: Please note that in advance of your move, the Management Office must receive a Certificate of Insurance from the vendor meeting the proper insurance requirements. Please see the forms section for a copy of our preferred vendor list who maintains a current certificate of insurance on file at the Management Office. Should you prefer to use another vendor, please contact the Management Office so we can forward the requirements to the insurance company. Our fax number is 503 595 8767.

Tenant 24-Hour Access
Shorenstein provides its tenants with secured twenty-four hour, seven days a week access to the building. Security is provided by a combination of electronic monitoring and security staff. An authorized card key access is needed in order to gain access to tenant floors.
Access for Visitors and Contractors
You can pre-arrange access for guests by contacting the Building Management Office at 503 412 4859. Please identify the name of your visitor and the approximate time of arrival. The elevators are in secure mode during off-business hours; therefore, if you provide a direct dial number the Building Courtesy Officer will be glad to escort your guests upon arrival.
The Building Management Office must pre-approve any contractor ‘working’ within the building, and have provided advanced proof of insurance to the Building Management Office. All access and work is to be coordinated with the Management Office. For further information, please contact 503 412 4859.
